cozy warm room, lots of nice touches in bathroom and bedroom, DIY breakfast options
There was a noise issue from the dining area that woke me up early!!! Floor cleanliness left much to be desired, with crumbs from previous guests!!! A more effective blackout curtain would have been appreciated!!!

Welcoming people working here, lovely and great place. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good location in the heart of the town. Also - near shops and train station as well as town centre.
Beds were a little small.

Oh, the cream cakes at Henderson's Cocoa House! They're like little bites of heaven. Add to that the warm hospitality. My room was super clean, and I sank into the comfiest bed ever after my Sleaford culinary adventures.
If I had to nitpick, the shower pressure was a tad low, but honestly, it was such a lovely stay that it hardly dulled the experience.

Everything there were good, including greatfacilities. The hotel was in the very central setting close to the town centre. Again, it was 2 miles from Broadway...

The rooms were newly decorated and super cozy, making it feel like home, and I loved having proper milk for my tea with some tasty chocolate biscuits. It was nice to unwind by the lovely garden or chill in the cozy lounge area after a long day. The only minor hiccup was the breakfast situation, as it seemed they no longer offered it for online bookings, so just check before you go. 😊

cozy stay, but some improvements needed
The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to assist me . The room was impressively clean and provided a level of comfort that allowed for a great night's sleep. The peaceful garden view from my room was a wonderful touch.
I found the room a bit smaller than expected.

The room was comfy and clean, just what we needed for our stay. It had excellent facilities like tea and coffee, and it was quiet too. The host was super friendly. Size-wise, it was more than adequate for a night, and I liked the private car park at the back. Definitely would come back!
